Lola Amour flies the OPM flag with debut set at the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix
Manila band Lola Amour made its performance debut at the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix on 11 October, sharing the race-day entertainment line-up with acts such as Janet Jackson and James Arthur and dedicating the set to fans back home: "Para sa inyo 'to, Pinas!"
Filipino band Lola Amour made its performance debut at the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix on 11 October 2026, GMA News reported. The "Raining in Manila" hitmakers shared photos from the race-day set and thanked Formula 1 and the Singapore Grand Prix organisers for the opportunity.
"What an experience it is to be able to represent the Philippines [at] the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix," the band wrote. "Para sa inyo 'to, Pinas! This is just the beginning."
Ahead of the race weekend, filipinos.sg described the seven-piece band from Manila as the only Filipino act on a bill that included Janet Jackson and James Arthur, in a city where more than 200,000 kababayans live and work. Homes.ph News reported that Japanese artist Kokoro Kohatsu, who recorded "The Moment (with KOKORO)" with the band, joined them as a special guest.
"Although we are proud to make it to yet another international stage, the bigger story here is how OPM continues to be recognized on global stages as prestigious as Formula 1," bassist Manu Dumayas said in a press release quoted by Homes.ph. The band celebrated its 10th anniversary with a concert in May and released its latest single, "Lambing", in April.
