I built Kislap because finding the nearest Filipino bakery, a mechanic who gets you, or a clear answer to a visa question should not depend on knowing the right Facebook group or the right tita. It should take one search.
I use AI where it makes the site more useful and keeps it honest. It helps check listings against public records, researches and fact-checks the news, and lets you ask a listing questions it can answer from that business’s own details.
How Kislap is run
Listing an eligible business is free. Kislap is paid for by ads and by referral links to a few partners, such as Durable, Chatbase and Firecrawl.

Who can be listed on Kislap?
We welcome Filipino-owned businesses and businesses with a strong Filipino presence. This includes Filipino-operated businesses, businesses with substantial Filipino staff or talent, and those primarily serving the Filipino community.
Does a listing mean Filipino ownership?
Not always. A business may qualify through its operations, team or the community it primarily serves. We check its Filipino connection against public sources before publishing.
How do I correct or remove a listing?
Get in touch with the listing URL and what needs checking. If its Filipino connection is unclear or has changed, let us know so we can review it.
