The Filipino Community of the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour in Siglap traces its roots to a Filipino Legion of Mary praesidium founded in 1998 and has held a monthly Tagalog Mass since 2008. It runs the Tagalog Mass on fifth Sundays, the block rosary, Simbang Gabi and the Santo Niño feast, with Filipino altar servers, lectors, communion ministers, hospitality ministers and the Himig Pinoy Chorale.
