The collaboration will see the establishment of Inventi Canada Inc., which aims to introduce Inventi's advanced property management platform to the Canadian market, with an anticipated rollout in the latter half of 2026. Inventi's platform, which currently manages over 400 buildings and 12.8 million square meters of space in the Philippines, integrates facility management, work order systems, visitor management, and building administration. Property Copilot specializes in front-end leasing, tenant screening, and digital payment solutions, providing a complementary suite of services for a fully integrated real estate ecosystem.

Francis Henares, President and CEO of Inventi, emphasized the significance of this expansion, stating, "This expansion shows that technology developed in the Philippines can compete on a global stage."
