OFW Serbisyo Caravan returns to Dubai on 7 November with 13 Philippine government offices
The fourth Bagong Bayani ng Mundo: OFW Serbisyo Caravan will bring Philippine government services to Filipinos in Dubai and the Northern Emirates on 7 November, and only pre-registered clients will be let in.
Overseas Filipino workers in the UAE will be able to access Philippine government services when the fourth "Bagong Bayani ng Mundo: OFW Serbisyo Caravan" takes place in Dubai on Saturday, 7 November 2026, Gulf News reported on 23 October.
The caravan runs from 8am to 5pm at the Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road and is meant for OFWs in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The Department of Migrant Workers is leading it through the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in Dubai, The Global Filipino Magazine reported.
Who will be there
According to MWO Dubai's announcement, as reported by Gulf News, the caravan will bring together 13 offices:
- Philippine Consulate General in Dubai
- Philippine Trade and Investment Center
- MWO Dubai
- Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)
- Social Security System (SSS)
- Pag-IBIG Fund
- Department of Migrant Workers' OFW Hospital
- Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
They will be joined by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) and LandBank of the Philippines.
The consulate will offer passport renewal, notarial services, civil registration and the Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage (LCCM) certificate, The Global Filipino Magazine reported. Notarial work covers affidavits, special powers of attorney, NBI-related documents and attestations, while civil registration covers reports of birth, marriage and death. Overseas voting registration is also on the consulate's list for the day.
Register before you go
Pre-registration is required. MWO Dubai said only registered clients will be allowed entry "to facilitate the process and manage the crowd", and that those who registered for one service may also avail other services onsite.
Consular transactions have their own booking link, separate from the one used for the other government services, according to The Global Filipino Magazine. Gulf News said participating agencies other than MWO Dubai have separate registration forms, so attendees should check whether additional registration is required and complete the forms in advance. Filipinos intending to attend were advised to visit the official MWO Dubai website and social media accounts for the registration link or QR code.
The upcoming event follows the first three legs of the caravan, held in August and November last year and January this year, Gulf News reported. Previous editions offered passport renewals, notarial services, civil registration, and assistance related to the PSA, national ID and overseas voter registration, as well as business and financial literacy sessions.
