OWWA Serbisyo Caravan to bring Philippine government services to Filipinos in Kuwait on 20-22 November

OWWA's Alagang OWWA: Health, Wellness & Membership Serbisyo Caravan 2026 is scheduled for 20-22 November at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Farwaniya, Kuwait, bringing licence renewals, civil registry documents, membership and other Philippine government services under one roof.

The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) is scheduled to hold its Alagang OWWA: Health, Wellness & Membership Serbisyo Caravan 2026 in Kuwait from 20 to 22 November at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Farwaniya, The Global Filipino Magazine reported. The first two days are planned at the hotel's Al Barakah Hall, with the 22 November session in Al Murjan Hall.

More than a dozen Philippine government agencies and institutions are taking part, according to materials released by the organisers. The Land Transportation Office will process driver's licence renewals and duplicates, PhilHealth will handle registration and claim documents for confinement abroad, and the Philippine Statistics Authority will process National ID registration and issue birth, marriage and death certificates as well as CENOMAR and CENODEATH.

Pag-IBIG Fund, SSS and LANDBANK will offer membership, loan and account services, while TESDA and UP VINTA will provide information on certification, training and degree programmes. OWWA will collect membership contributions and issue e-Cards, the Migrant Workers Office will verify contracts, the Public Attorney's Office will offer free legal counselling, and the Philippine Embassy will provide consular services and overseas voting registration.

OWWA's Kuwait office said it would release a pre-registration link on 23 October for workers who want to avail of services from the participating agencies. Updates are posted on the office's Facebook page, and inquiries may be sent to kuwait@owwa.gov.ph or made by phone at +965 9403 9063.
