The Philippine Embassy in Spain has set a new date, Thursday 26 November 2026, for its Philippine Creative Tech Forum Madrid, a Philippines-Spain industry dialogue and showcase for game developers, animators, digital content creators and investors at Casa Filipinas.
The Philippine Embassy in Spain has announced a new date for the Philippine Creative Tech Forum Madrid 2026, titled "Creating Beyond Borders: A Philippines-Spain Industry Dialogue and Showcase". In a Facebook post dated 28 October 2026, the Embassy said the forum will now take place on Thursday, 26 November 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Casa Filipinas, Calle de Fernández de Oviedo, 7, Madrid.
The Embassy is inviting game developers, animation studios, digital content creators, publishers, creative tech companies, investors and industry associations. It said the forum aims to exchange ideas, showcase Filipino creative talent, and explore collaboration and business partnerships between the Philippines and Spain. The flyer lists the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Philippine Trade and Investment Center (PTIC) Madrid as co-organiser.

How to take part
Registration is through the Embassy's online form, and participation is subject to confirmation by the organisers. The form asks for contact details, city or province of residence in Spain, organisation and sector, whether the registrant runs a business in Spain, and interest in business networking or introductory meetings with participating companies.
Creatives who want to be part of the Philippine Creative Showcase can email the Embassy's Cultural Diplomacy Section at madridpe.cultural@dfa.gov.ph with a brief description and a portfolio or sample of their work. Showcase participation is also subject to confirmation.
The registration form itself still shows the earlier schedule of 21 November 2026, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The Embassy's 28 October post gives 26 November, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, as the new date.
Casa Filipinas, the Philippine Cultural Center in Madrid, was inaugurated on 28 June 2026 by Ambassador Philippe J. Lhuillier and Madame Edna Lhuillier, according to the Department of Foreign Affairs. The venue hosted an Embassy and PTIC-Madrid event on Filipino entrepreneurs in Spain and the Philippine startup ecosystem on 2 October 2026.
