PRC brings licence renewals, registration and oathtaking to Filipino professionals in Kuwait on 20-22 November

The Professional Regulation Commission will hold its Foreign Mobile Service at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Farwaniya from 20 to 22 November 2026, offering PIC renewals, initial registration, certifications and oathtaking for licensure passers who book online.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will conduct its Foreign Mobile Service (FMS) in Kuwait on 20-22 November 2026, bringing licensing and registration services closer to Filipino professionals and Overseas Filipino Workers in the country. The PRC announced the Kuwait schedule on 31 October.

The service will run on 20-21 November at Al Barakah Hall, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Farwaniya, and on 22 November at Al Murjan Hall, also at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Farwaniya.

What professionals can do at the FMS

The PRC lists these services for the Kuwait visit:

  • Initial registration
  • Renewal and/or duplicate Professional Identification Cards (PICs)
  • Application for Licensure Examination in the Philippines
  • Issuance of certifications and/or authentication of PRC-issued documents
  • Issuance of Certificate of Good Standing
  • Application for Special Temporary Permit (STP)
  • Application for Temporary Training Permit (TTP)
  • Application for registration under Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MRA), including the issuance of Certificate of CPD Compliance
  • Renewal of ASEAN Chartered Professional Identification Card
  • Other PRC-related services

As part of the FMS, the PRC will also administer the oathtaking for successful passers of various Licensure Examinations, provided that they secure an online appointment.

How to book

Interested PRC-registered professionals and applicants are advised to create a transaction through their Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS) account at online.prc.gov.ph and select "Kuwait" as the preferred venue. The PRC page also lists an email address for inquiries about the FMS.

The Kuwait visit follows earlier PRC Foreign Mobile Services in Cambodia, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Thailand, Japan, Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Taiwan. On the same day, the PRC also announced an FMS in Dubai on 7-8 November 2026.
