Micro bakery trading from a wooden shack at the Gordon Road and Station Road corner in Harborne, baking Filipino panaderia favourites alongside slow-fermented sourdough. Jay Matic, who moved to the UK from the Philippines in 2006 and trained at the National Bakery School, opened the permanent shop in March 2025 after years of market stalls. Bakes are made in small batches from Wednesday to Saturday, with pandesal, Filipino pastries and seasonal specials alongside the bread.
